Shipping Policy

Order processing All orders are prepared by hand and dispatched within 24–48 working hours.

Delivery times Estimated delivery is 4 to 7 business days after dispatch. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel is on its way. You can also track your order from your customer account or via our Order Tracking page.

Lost or delayed parcels If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us at contact@charmsy.fr and we'll help resolve it.
